Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy describes MF Finanzas 1.1, a personal budgeting app with local data storage.
1. Information you enter
MF Finanzas lets you record profile names, income, expenses, categories, amounts and payment status. It also stores the currency selected for each profile. This information is used on your device to calculate budgets and display statistics.
2. Local storage and access
Financial records, profiles and currencies are stored locally on your device. The app does not send these records to the developer and does not require an online account. There is no automatic synchronization between iPhones. Profiles do not have separate passwords: anyone with access to the unlocked app can view them or switch profiles.
3. Backups
You can export profiles and records to a JSON file and restore them. The app does not itself encrypt exported JSON files. Keep backups somewhere protected. If you choose to share them or store them in iCloud Drive or another service, that service’s terms and privacy policy also apply. Restoring a backup replaces the current data after confirmation.
4. Updates, retention and deletion
Version 1.1 preserves existing data and assigns USD to older profiles that have no stored currency. Changing currency only changes its label; amounts are not converted. The app may retain a local copy of previous data to protect an update. You can delete profiles and records in the app. To remove remaining local app data, use Delete App on your device rather than Offload App, which retains data. Exported files and system or third-party backups must be managed and deleted separately.
5. Advertising, analytics and third parties
MF Finanzas 1.1 does not include advertising, advertising tracking, developer analytics or external authentication or banking data services. Apple may handle purchases, diagnostics and TestFlight data according to your settings and its policies. When you open support or privacy webpages, your browser and the hosting provider Netlify may process technical information about the visit under their own policies. Opening these pages does not send your financial records from the app.
6. Security
Protect your iPhone with a passcode or biometrics, keep iOS updated and store JSON backups securely. The app uses the operating system’s local storage and does not add its own encryption to records or exported files.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if features or data practices change. The revision date is shown at the beginning of the policy.
